• Familiarity with C# (.NET), Node.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Understanding of RESTful API design and consumption.
• Basic proficiency in MongoDB, including CRUD operations.
• Experience with debugging and troubleshooting.
• Exposure to version control systems such as Git.

24 Years of experience

• Strong experience in Node.js backend development.
• Hands-on experience with C# (.NET) in real-world projects.
• Proficiency in MongoDB schema design and aggregation pipelines.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and services.
• Solid understanding of Git workflows (branching, merging, pull requests).
• Working knowledge of unit testing and code quality practices.

4–6 Years of experience

• Experience designing scalable backend architectures.
• Hands on experience in microservices architecture
• Performance optimization (API & DB)
• Security best practices (authentication, authorization)
• Code review and PR Review of juniors
• Mentoring juniors.

6+ Years of experience

• System design & high-level architecture
• Team leadership and project ownership
• Hands on experience on Cloud services (AWS/Azure)
• CI/CD Implementation Experience
• Business requirement understanding & decision making
