- We are looking for an innovative and highly skilled Full Stack Developer (React.js, Python & GitHub Copilot) who can leverage modern development frameworks and AI-powered engineering practices to accelerate software delivery, improve developer productivity, and maintain enterprise-grade quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in frontend development with React.js, backend development using Python, and hands-on experience utilizing GitHub Copilot, Custom Agents, MCP Integrations, Hooks, Prompt Engineering, and Agent Skills throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This role requires collaboration with product teams, architects, DevOps engineers, and stakeholders to build scalable, secure, and cloud-ready applications while maximizing development e ciency through AI-assisted engineering practices.
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale web applications using React.js and Python technologies.
- Build reusable, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces using modern React architecture and best practices.
- Develop scalable backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices using Python frameworks.
- Leverage GitHub Copilot throughout the SDLC to accelerate development, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and code modernization activities.
- Utilize GitHub Copilot, and AI-assisted work ows to improve engineering productivity and code quality.
- Design and implement custom Copilot Agents, Agent Skills, and MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations to streamline development work ows and automate repetitive engineering tasks.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, UX designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
- Perform code reviews and leverage AI-assisted code analysis to ensure maintainability, security, and performance. Develop automated testing strategies using AI-supported test generation techniques.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes. Troubleshoot application issues, identify performance bottlenecks, and optimize system reliability.
- Contribute to developer enablement initiatives and drive adoption of AI-assisted software development practices across engineering teams.
- Required Skills Frontend Development Strong hands-on experience with React.js Pro ciency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 Extensive experience with React Hooks and advanced React patterns Strong expertise in: Custom Hooks Context API State Management (Redux, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Recoil) Component-based Architecture React Query / TanStack Query Experience building responsive and accessible web applications Knowledge of frontend performance optimization and browser compatibility Backend Development Strong experience in Python Hands-on expertise with Django, FastAPI, or Flask Experience designing and developing scalable microservices Expertise in RESTful API development and integrations Experience with authentication and authorization frameworks (OAuth2, JWT, SSO) Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns Strong experience with relational databases PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server Familiarity with NoSQL databases MongoDB, Cosmos DB Experience in: Database Design Query Optimization Performance Tuning Data Modeling GitHub Copilot & AI-Assisted Engineering Mandatory Hands-on Experience Extensive practical experience with GitHub Copilot Expertise in applying GitHub Copilot across the complete Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Hands-on experience with: GitHub Copilot Agentic Development Work ows Hooks Custom Copilot Agents Agent Skills MCP (Model Context Protocol) Integrations Prompt Engineering for Software Development AI-Assisted Debugging and Refactoring Expected Capabilities Utilize GitHub Copilot for: User Story Implementation Boilerplate Code Generation API Development Test Case Generation Unit Test Automation Integration Test Creation Code Reviews Documentation Generation Code Refactoring Legacy Application Modernization Security Recommendations Performance Optimization Build custom engineering work ows using: GitHub Copilot Extensions MCP Servers Agent Skills Organization-speci c Development Standards Drive AI-powered software engineering practices that improve: Developer Productivity Code Quality SDLC E ciency Release Velocity Technical Documentation Coverage DevOps & Deployment Pro ciency with Git and modern version control work ows Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools Exposure to containerization technologies such as Docker Familiarity with orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes Experience with deployment automation and environment management Cloud Technologies Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS) Experience deploying cloud-native applications and services Understanding of cloud security, scalability, monitoring, and observability tool
- Preferred candidate profile
- Generative AI and LLM-powered applications.
