About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer who will play a key role in building the software ecosystem around our robotic products. The role involves developing backend services, APIs, mobile applications, cloud systems, and integrations that enable communication between our products, users, and internal platforms.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Node.js, API development, JWT, OAuth 2.0, Flutter, Microservices, and AWS, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced product startup environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop scalable backend services and applications using Node.js.
• Design, develop, and integrate REST APIs and third-party APIs.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization using JWT and OAuth 2.0.
• Develop authentication flows, role-based access control, token management, and secure API communication.
• Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter.
• Build software services that communicate with and support robotic/machine systems.
• Design and develop scalable Microservices-based applications.
• Integrate machine/device data with backend and cloud platforms.
• Develop dashboards, APIs, and services for monitoring machine status, usage, and operational data.
• Work with databases and ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Deploy, manage, and monitor applications on AWS.
• Collaborate with embedded, electronics, mechanical, and product teams for hardware-software integration.
• Troubleshoot API, application, integration, and production issues.
• Take end-to-end ownership of features from requirement understanding through development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical architecture decisions.
• Write clean, scalable, secure, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Must-Have Skills

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js.
• Strong experience in REST API development and third-party API integration.
• Strong practical experience with JWT authentication and OAuth 2.0.
• Good understanding of authentication, authorization, token management, and API security.
• Hands-on experience with Flutter.
• Good understanding of Microservices architecture.
• Experience with AWS and cloud deployments.
• Good understanding of databases and data management.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/ES6+.
• Experience with Git/version control.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

• Experience working in a robotics, IoT, automation, or hardware-product startup.
• Experience with WebSockets or real-time communication.
• Experience integrating software platforms with machines, IoT devices, or embedded systems.
• Understanding of device-to-cloud communication.
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway, and CloudWatch.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and production systems.
