Fullstack Developer Team Lead

Role & responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Handle both front-end and back-end development with clean, maintainable code.
• Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and security of applications.
• Optimize queries and manage database performance effectively.
• Conduct unit testing, code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Upgrade and enhance existing systems for better scalability and performance.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)./ Worked on client projects directly with

larger ticket size

• Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with ownership.

-Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

-3.5 5 years of proven hands-on experience in full stack development.
