Fullstack Developer - ( Python / React / SQL )

Senior Full-Stack Engineer ( Python, React & SQL )
Objective: Responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust, scalable full-stack web applications, owning features end-to-end from responsive user interfaces to optimized database architectures.

Technical Skills & Competencies

• Frontend Expertise (React.js): Deep proficiency in React.js, state management (e.g., Redux, Context API), and building responsive, modular components with HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
  
• Backend Systems (Python): Strong hands-on experience building secure, high-throughput backend services and RESTful APIs using Python web frameworks (such as FastAPI or Flask).
  
• DB & SQL Mastery: Expert to Mid level understanding of relational database management systems (RDBMS), optimized query structuring, schema design, index tuning, and database modelling.
  
• Agile / Scrum Methodologies: Active alignment with continuous delivery pipelines, sprint ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives, planning), and tracking items dynamically in workflow systems like Jira or Confluence.
  

Soft Skills Needed

• Systems Thinking & Problem Solving: The ability to trace data flows across the entire full-stack lifecycle and quickly adapt to changing application requirements or technical constraints.
  
• Active Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong capacity to seamlessly bridge client-side user experiences with backend architecture and communicate effectively with Product Managers and Designers.
  
• Self-Documentation Discipline: High priority placed on clear, comprehensive code commenting, API documentation (e.g., Swagger/OpenAPI), and architecture blueprint mapping to prevent knowledge gaps.
