What Youll Do
- Build and maintain backend services that integrate with Google Ad Manager (GAM) and multiple third-party ad networks
- Develop frontend features and dashboards in React used by both publishers and internal teams for tasks like ad unit management, monitoring, and operational workflows
- Work with large datasets ad traffic, impressions, and performance metrics to support reporting and optimization.
- Integrate with external APIs (ad networks, mediation platforms, data providers)
- Collaborate with senior engineers and product managers to design, build, test, and ship features end to end
- Debug and optimize existing systems for performance and reliability at scale

Must-Haves
- Proficiency in Go for backend development
- Working knowledge of React for frontend development
- Experience with relational databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL) and MongoDB
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and API design fundamentals
- A builders mindset comfortable navigating ambiguity and shipping in a fast-moving environment
