Fullstack Developer, Dotnet

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable web applications using Node.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Architect Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) and process/orchestration APIs.
• Build reusable UI components, design systems, and responsive user interfaces.
• Deliver end-to-end web products through API integration and frontend-backend collaboration.
• Implement secure session handling, authentication, and authorization.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance, PHI protection, and secure handling of healthcare data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, maintainable solutions.

Key Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Node.js, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
• Strong expertise in BFF architecture, process orchestration, and RESTful API development.
• Experience building scalable React applications and reusable design systems.
• Knowledge of end-to-end application development and cloud-based architectures.
• Experience with healthcare/EMR systems and clinical workflows.
• Understanding of HIPAA compliance, secure session management, and PHI protection.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
