Fullstack Developer AI

Key Responsibilities

• AI/ML Development & Deployment: Build, fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models, Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP workflows, or Computer Vision solutions into production.
• Backend Architecture: Architect high-throughput, low-latency microservices and RESTful/WebSocket APIs using Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask).
• Frontend Engineering: Develop intuitive, performant user interfaces in React.js (including state management, modern hooks, and component libraries) to surface real-time AI outputs and analytics.
• End-to-End System Integration: Seamlessly integrate asynchronous ML inference engines, vector databases, and caching layers with web backends and UI components.
• Scalability & Performance: Optimize model serving (latency, memory footprint, throughput), containerize services using Docker, and follow robust CI/CD practices.
• Code Quality & Mentorship: Drive clean architectural patterns, participate in code reviews, and guide junior engineers on full-stack AI best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development with a core focus on AI/ML integration.
• AI/ML Tech Stack: Solid foundation in frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow; hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, or OpenAI APIs) and vector stores.
• Backend Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python and asynchronous API development (FastAPI preferred, Django/Flask).
• Frontend Proficiency: Strong command of modern React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Material UI).
• Database & Cloud: Familiarity with relational/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker).
• Education: B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
