About this role
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience across the MERN/MEAN stack to design, build, and maintain web applications and APIs for client-facing and internal automation platforms. The role involves close collaboration with solution architects, UI/UX designers, and QA to deliver scalable, production-ready features end to end.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js or Angular on the front end.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js/Express.js.
- Design and manage data models and queries in MongoDB (or a relational database, as applicable).
- Integrate front-end components with backend services and third-party APIs.
- Write clean, modular, well-documented, and testable code following established coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical design discussions.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues within agreed SLAs.
- Collaborate with QA to define test cases and ensure application quality before release.
- Support deployment and CI/CD processes in coordination with DevOps.
Required Skills Experience
Must-Have:
- 2-4 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Hands-on experience with React.js or Angular for front-end development.
- Hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.js for backend development.
- Working experience with MongoDB or another NoSQL/relational database.
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with Git and standard branching/PR workflows.
Good to have:
- Understanding of authentication/authorization patterns (JWT, OAuth).
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) for deployment.
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, NgRx, Context API).
- Familiarity with Docker and basic CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to unit/integration testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Jasmine).
- Awareness of AI/automation tooling (Azure OpenAI, RAG, LangChain) is a plus.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional and client-facing teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced delivery environment.
