Position: Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack)

highly skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will play a critical part in

building, scaling, and evolving modern product-grade web applications . You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product, AI, and business stakeholders to design and implement innovative solutions aligned with long-term product vision and organizational goals. This opportunity is ideal for someone who values

Roles & Responsibilities 1. Full-Stack Development

• Lead the

design, development, testing, and deployment of full-stack applications using the

MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) .

• Write

clean, maintainable, and efficient code following established coding standards and best practices.

• Take ownership of features from concept to production.

2. Technical Leadership

• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a

collaborative and learning-driven environment .

• Participate in and drive

technical discussions, design reviews, and code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.

• Promote best practices in code quality, performance, and security.

3. Application Architecture & System Design

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design

scalable, secure, and efficient application architectures .

• Make strategic technical decisions to support long-term scalability and performance.
• Work with

Azure-based AI and cloud services , including:

4. Database Management & Optimization

• Design and manage

MongoDB schemas to support application requirements.

• Write complex queries and optimize database performance.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve database-related issues to ensure efficient data handling.

5. Frontend Development

• Build

responsive, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces using React.

• Implement frontend best practices for performance optimization and cross-device compatibility.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

6. API Development & Integration

• Develop, document, and maintain

RESTful APIs for smooth communication between frontend and backend systems.

• Integrate

third-party services and external APIs to extend application functionality.

7. Problem Solving & Debugging

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across new and existing applications.
• Apply debugging, profiling, and performance-tuning techniques to improve system efficiency.

8. Continuous Learning & Improvement

• Stay updated with

industry trends, MERN stack advancements, and emerging technologies , including AI-driven solutions.

• Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to a culture of

continuous improvement and innovation .

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science

,

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a FullStack Developer(PHP, LARAVEL, springboot,will not be considered)
• Strong proficiency in

MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js .

• Solid understanding of

frontend and backend architecture and RESTful API design.

• Experience with

responsive design, frontend optimization , and React best practices.

• Strong knowledge of

MongoDB database management and query optimization .

• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies and models , including how models are integrated, deployed, and consumed within production applications.
• Exposure to

LLMs, embeddings, AI APIs, or ML inference pipelines , and understanding of model limitations and performance considerations.

• Excellent

problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills .

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Good to Have

• Experience with

Git, version control workflows , and CI/CD pipelines.

• Exposure to

cloud platforms , especially Microsoft Azure.

• Familiarity with AI-enabled services or intelligent application features.
