Fullstack AI Developer Bangalore / Full-Time

Job Description At Mareana, we build Enterprise Scale AI products in Supply Chain and Unstructured Data. With the rapidly changing business landscape, we need Fullstack AI Developers who can evolve our products to stay ahead of the changes and be excited to work on software products for Supply Chain.

What You'll Do

• Stay abreast of the latest modern trends to build an intuitive and simplistic design, in alignment with client requirements
• Build solutions that can apply to a large audience, increasing scalability and high performance.
• Increase the appeal of the application and product through effective and engaging designs
• Interact with other developer teams and design teams to discuss UI ideas
• Thoroughly review application needs and interfacing elements
• Follow proper documentation for changes in application and further updates

Requirements

• 4–8 years of hands-on experience in full-stack application development with modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Experience building AI-enabled or AI-powered web applications is highly preferred.

UI / Front-End Requirements

• Strong proficiency in

React.js & Next.js (JSX, Hooks, Context API, SSR/SSG, Virtual DOM, component lifecycle)

• TypeScript expertise with ES6+ (variables, scoping, array methods, DOM manipulation, event handlers)
• State management using

Redux Toolkit / Zustand / React Query (Flux architecture understanding)

• Styling with

Tailwind CSS , CSS Modules, shadcn/ui, Radix UI

• Build tools:

Vite / Webpack , Babel, Create React App

• Performance: Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals, lazy loading, code splitting
• Unit & E2E testing:

Vitest / Jest , React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright

• RESTful APIs & GraphQL consumption from the frontend
• HTML5, CSS3, responsive design fundamentals

Backend Requirements

• Proficient in FastAPI — routing, dependency injection, background tasks, middleware
• Async Python — async/await, asyncio, concurrent request handling
• Pydantic — data validation, serialization, settings management• PostgreSQL — schema design, indexing, query optimization, migrations using Alembic
• Redis — caching, pub/sub, session storage, rate limiting
• Proficient in AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude, or GitHub Copilotfor faster coding, debugging, and code review
• Ability to use AI to generate boilerplate, write tests, refactor code, and document APIs
