Fullstack AI Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking highly skilled GenAI / Agentic AI Developers with strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on experience building, deploying, and scaling enterprise AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have a background in .NET or Java development, strong Python expertise, and proven experience delivering Generative AI and Agentic AI applications in production environments.

Mandatory Requirements

• 23+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI / Agentic AI
• Minimum 2 GenAI/Agentic AI projects completed
• At least 1 production deployment of a GenAI solution
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Development experience in .NET, C#, or Java
• Experience in Front-End Development + AI OR Back-End Development + AI
• Strong understanding of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI Agents

Technical Skills

• Advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• Agentic AI frameworks and architectures
• LLM integration and orchestration
• LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel (preferred)
• API development and integration
• Cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Vector Databases and Knowledge Retrieval Systems
• Enterprise AI application development and deployment
