Full Stack with AI Engineer

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack AI Developer to join our agile, international team. You will incorporate AI-enabled solutions into products and help set up an engineering workflow using AI to accelerate development, such as automation, AI-assisted code generation, and AI-based review/quality checks. The role requires strong technical ability, attention to code quality, and a passion for delivering reliable products.

Mandatory Skills

EXP:- 5 to 10 yrs

• Programming languages: Strong proficiency in Java and JavaScript
• Software architecture: Good experience with modern microservices architecture and REST APIs
• Applied AI expertise: Strong experience in AI solution patterns, including:
• Agentic architectures
• RAG pipelines
• Orchestration frameworks
• Evaluation pipelines
• Intelligent automation
• Modern AI system concepts: Understanding of:
• Memory management
• Planning
• Tool orchestration
• Model evaluation
• Guardrails
• Responsible AI principles
• Frontend framework: Strong proficiency in React
• Backend framework: Strong proficiency in Spring Boot
• Database: Good experience with PostgreSQL
• Development practices: Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and tools/methodologies (e.g., Git, Agile)
• Team & mindset: Autonomy, technical excellence, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, adaptability, curiosity, continuous improvement

Desired Skills

• Good experience developing modern web applications using React + Spring Boot
• Good experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Concepts, Data Structures, and Algorithms
• Good experience preparing technical documentation
• Experience setting up GitLab CI/CD pipelines
• Experience implementing AI-assisted development workflows (automation, code generation, AI-assisted review/quality gates)
