Full Stack Tech Lead

Job Description:

We are looking for an experiencedTech Lead - Java Full Stackwith strong hands-on expertise inJava, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS Cloud, and React.js. The candidate will lead technical design, development, code reviews, team mentoring, and end-to-end delivery of scalable enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development ofJava/Spring Boot Microservices.
• Develop and integrateREST APIsand enterprise applications.
• Design and implement responsive frontend applications usingReact.js.
• Design, deploy, and manage scalable solutions onAWS Cloud.
• Drive architecture, technical design, coding standards, and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure quality, security, performance, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues.
• Mentor developers and provide technical guidance.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, Architects, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support end-to-end project delivery.
