Key Responsibilities:

• Build and ship Flutter-based mobile applications end-to-end, from architecture to release.
• Design, develop, and maintain backend APIs using Laravel, Node.js, or Python, with clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
• Build and manage admin panels for content, users, and operations control (Filament for Laravel, or equivalent for Node.js / Python).
• Design and manage MySQL databases, including schema design, relationships, and query optimization.
• Integrate AWS S3 for media and file storage, and Firebase for authentication, notifications, and real-time features. Integrate AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar) into product features and workflows.
• Use AI-assisted development tools like Cursor to accelerate development while maintaining code quality.
• Handle the full product lifecycle — development, testing, debugging, deployment, and iteration.
• Take ownership of features and products end-to-end, and translate product requirements into working functionality. Maintain and improve existing products over time, not just build and move on.
• Coordinate with designers, founders, and other team members for smooth product delivery. ✅

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of hands-on, full-stack product development experience with shipped products.
• Strong command of Flutter for cross-platform mobile app development.
• Solid backend experience with at least one of: Laravel (PHP), Node.js (NestJS / Express), or Python (Django / FastAPI), plus REST API development.
• Experience building admin panels (Filament, Django Admin, AdminJS, React-Admin, or similar).
• Strong MySQL database design and optimization skills.
• Hands-on experience with AWS S3 and Firebase.
• Experience integrating third-party and AI APIs into real products.
• Comfortable and productive using Cursor / AI coding tools in daily workflow.
• Ability to work independently, own features, and take a product from idea to launch. Strong problem-solving ability, clean coding practices, and a builder's mindset.
• Serious about quality, ownership, and long-term product thinking — not just writing code. We are looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Product Developer to join our team as a permanent member and build products end-to-end with us. This is not a single-project hire — we are building multiple products over time, and we want someone who can grow with the team, own products from idea to launch, and take long-term responsibility for what they build. The ideal candidate is a builder who can architect a clean backend, expose well-structured APIs, build a polished Flutter front-end, and wire up cloud, storage, auth, and AI integrations into one working product. You should be comfortable using AI-assisted development tools (Cursor and similar) to move fast without compromising on quality.
