Full Stack Mobile Engineer

Job Description

Startup-native engineers who have repeatedly shipped 0-1 products end-to-end, operated in high-ambiguity environments, and demonstrated strong ownership across design-build-deploy cycles. Responsibilities: - Build and scale our mobile application stack across iOS and Android using React Native from a consumer internet background. - Design robust backend APIs and microservices in Python/Node.js with MongoDB as the primary datastore. - Own delivery pipelines (GitHub Actions) and ensure high availability and fault tolerance. - Collaborate deeply with product/clinical teams to translate requirements into deployable increments. - Operates as a founding engineer capable of greenfield architecture decisions and iterative GTM-driven development.
