Job Type: Full-Time Exposit is looking for a skilled and high-ownership

Full-Stack MERN Engineer to join our growing technology team. We work across custom software, cloud, AI, immersive technologies, and digital product development for clients across India and international markets. We are looking for someone who can build and ship client-facing products end-to-end — from architecture and development to deployment and monitoring. This is a high-ownership role where your work will directly impact real projects, real clients, and real product outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Build responsive web applications using React, Next.js, and Node.js
• Design and develop REST / GraphQL APIs and data models using MongoDB / SQL
• Own features from technical design to deployment and monitoring
• Write clean, tested, scalable, and maintainable code
• Review code and collaborate with other developers
• Deploy and maintain applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Work with internal teams and client teams across different time zones when required
• Contribute to AI-driven workflows, automation tools, and modern web platforms

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience with MERN Stack: MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js
• Experience with Next.js / Nuxt.js
• Strong command over JavaScript / TypeScript
• Experience in building and consuming REST / GraphQL APIs
• Good understanding of databases, data models, and backend architecture
• Familiarity with at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Experience with Git-based workflows
• Ability to work independently in a remote and async environment
• Clear written communication skills
• Strong ownership mindset — someone who ships, takes responsibility, and follows through

Good to Have

• Experience integrating LLMs / Generative AI features
• Experience creating multi-agent workflows
• DevOps / CI-CD exposure with Docker, GitHub Actions, or similar tools
• Prior experience working with international clients
• Understanding of scalable and secure software development practices
