Job Summary

As a Full Stack MERN Developer, you ll design, build, and maintain full-stack applications that deliver seamless user experiences. You will be responsible for both frontend and backend development, API integration, database design, and deployment to cloud environments. Responsibilities

• End-to-End Development: Design, develop, and deploy responsive web applications using Express.js, React.js, Node.js and React Native.
• API Development: Build and integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs with efficient backend logic.
• Database Management: Manage data storage solutions using MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
• UI/UX Implementation: Collaborate with designers to implement intuitive and pixel-perfect user interfaces.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure performance, scalability, and responsiveness across all layers.
• Testing Quality: Write and maintain unit/integration tests ensuring reliable, maintainable code.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Design, Product, QA) for successful feature delivery.
• Deployment: Handle version control, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, Docker and cloud-based deployments.

Required Skills Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack or MERN Developer.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and React.js for building dynamic UIs.
• Expertise in Node.js and Express.js for backend development.
• Experience with MongoDB and data modeling best practices.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git, and modern development workflows.
• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Hands-on experience with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud environments.
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes for containerized deployments.
• Familiarity with GraphQL, Next.js, or Redux.
