Role: Full-Stack Lead Engineer
Hands-on lead engineer with 8-12 years of experience to deliver secure, scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, AWS, and React.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and development of Java, Spring Boot, and microservices solutions.
- Define API contracts, data models, integration patterns, and coding standards.
- Conduct design and code reviews; mentor engineers.
- Support React or Angular front-end integration.
- Ensure secure coding, authentication, authorization, encryption, and audit logging.
- Own database design, SQL performance, and data integrity.
- Drive testing, CI/CD, AWS deployment, monitoring, and RCA.
- Report technical decisions, risks, and delivery status.
Mandatory Skills and Experience
- 8-12 years in enterprise software development with technical leadership.
- Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, OOP, SOLID, and design patterns.
- React or Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
- Kafka messaging and Redis caching.
- AWS: EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, SNS, SQS, and CodePipeline.
- Git: GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket; branching, pull requests, and release tagging.
- CI/CD (Jenkins or GitHub Actions), Docker, Kubernetes, JUnit, Mockito, and Swagger/OpenAPI.
- OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, RBAC, and OWASP.
- Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
