Full stack Lead Engineer

Role: Engineering Lead Full-Stack

Location: Pune, NIBM

Work Mode: Work from Office

This is the hands-on technical lead for the MVP. The role is responsible for translating the approved BRDs, HLA, ADRs, and delivery slices into a secure, maintainable, testable, and deployable product, while leading the second engineer.

Role & responsibilities

* 8-10+ years of professional software engineering experience.

* 3+ years leading hands-on full-stack delivery or architecture.

* Proven experience with production SaaS systems.

* Advanced TypeScript / JavaScript, Node.js, Next.js, and React.

* Strong PostgreSQL, transactions, migrations, and relational data modelling.

* Strong security knowledge: authentication, RBAC/ABAC, tenant isolation, object-level authorization, secrets management, and OWASP API risks.

* Practical DDD, bounded contexts, events, projections, and data ownership.

* REST APIs, webhooks, queues, retries, idempotency, and provider adapters.

* Strong testing, CI/CD, observability, and cloud deployment experience.

Preferred experience includes licensing, legal-tech, identity, fintech, marketplaces, consent management, KYC, provenance, and AI/media integrations.
