Role Description HexaKnox Innovation Labs is hiring Full-Stack Java Developers with 6 months to 3 years of experience to join our growing talent network. This is a full-time opportunity where selected candidates will be deployed on client projects based on their skills, experience, and business requirements. As a Full-Stack Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining end-to-end web applications using Java-based backend technologies and modern frontend frameworks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications, develop RESTful APIs, integrate databases, and deliver responsive user interfaces. You will participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, coding, testing, debugging, code reviews, and deployment. Qualifications • Any Graduate (Bachelor's degree in any discipline). • 6 months to 3 years of experience in Full-Stack Java Development or Software Development. • Strong knowledge of Core Java, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Collections, Exception Handling, Multithreading, and JDBC. • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Hibernate, and JPA. • Experience in developing RESTful APIs and Microservices using Java and Spring Boot. • Proficiency in frontend technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript. • Experience with React.js, Angular, or Vue.js (React.js preferred). • Good understanding of responsive web design and frontend frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS. • Knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server. • Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Redis is an added advantage. • Experience with build tools such as Maven or Gradle. • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and GitHub. • Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD), and cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is an added advantage. • Understanding of Agile/Scrum software development methodologies. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. • Willingness to work on client projects and adapt to evolving business requirements.
