About this role
PODIEM (DPIIT-recognized startup) is building India's next-generation cinema and sports social platform. We're hiring a final-year student to build new product segments across our mobile app (Flutter) and website (Next.js), working directly with the founder.
What you'll do:
Build new features end-to-end on app and web, from Figma specs to working product
Work with AI coding tools (Claude, Codex) as part of your daily workflow
Work directly with the founder: no layers, fast decisions, real ownership
Own your branch and ship for review
What you get:
Stipend: 8,000-10,000/month
Claude / Codex AI tool access provided
Internship certificate + LinkedIn recommendation
Real product work, with a path to full-time as we grow
Requirements:
Basics of Flutter or React/Next.js, plus Node/MongoDB
Comfortable building with AI tools
Final-year student based in Hyderabad
5 days/week
