Job Description
Tacten Services LLP is looking for a Full Stack Frappe Developer with hands-on experience in Python, JavaScript, and MySQL/MariaDB to join our team.
The selected candidate will be employed directly by Tacten Services LLP on a permanent, full-time basis and deployed at a client office in Bangalore.
The candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining applications using the Frappe Framework and ERPNext.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain custom applications using the Frappe Framework and ERPNext.
- Customize and extend existing ERPNext modules and functionalities.
- Develop backend business logic using Python and Frappe APIs.
- Develop frontend interfaces using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and Jinja.
- Work with Frappe DocTypes, Controllers, Hooks, Client Scripts, Server Scripts, Reports, and Workflows.
- Design and maintain database structures using MySQL/MariaDB.
- Write optimized SQL queries and perform database troubleshooting and performance tuning.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party applications.
- Implement role-based permissions, workflows, and business process automation.
- Perform debugging, testing, and code reviews.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Frappe Framework and ERPNext.
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript.
- Experience with MySQL/MariaDB and SQL queries.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and Jinja templates.
- Experience with REST API development and integration.
- Understanding of Git and version control.
- Familiarity with Linux and Frappe Bench.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
Preferred Skills
- ERPNext customization and implementation.
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD.
- Knowledge of Nginx and Supervisor.
- Exposure to AWS, GCP, or DigitalOcean.
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 2-5 years of relevant software development experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a development team.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within 3 weeks are preferred.
