    Position Overview
    We are seeking a talented and experienced Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining cross-platform mobile and web applications using Flutter. you'll work closely with our design, backend, and product teams to deliver seamless digital experiences.
    Key Responsibilities
    • - Develop and maintain high-quality mobile and web applications using Flutter and Dart.
    • - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
    • - Integrate applications with Firebase backend, Google Cloud, and RESTful APIs.
    • - Ensure the best performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
    • - Identify and fix bugs, and continuously improve application performance.
    • - Stay updated with the latest Flutter releases, plugins, and best practices.
    • - Work on third-party integrations and ensure scalable and maintainable code.
    • - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
    Required Skills Qualifications
    • - Minimum 3 years of experience in Flutter app development.
    • - Strong proficiency in Dart programming language.
    • - Experience with Firebase backend and Google Cloud integration.
    • - Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
    • - Solid understanding of mobile app architecture (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture).
    • - Ability to design clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
    • - Knowledge of Git/GitHub for version control.
    • - Familiarity with UI/UX principles and ability to implement responsive designs.
    • - Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
    Preferred Skills
    • - Experience in deploying apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
    • - Knowledge of State Management tools like Provider, Bloc, GetX, or Riverpod.
    • - Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
    • - Basic knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js, PHP, etc).
