This role requires actively engaging in the entire development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with various teams to implement innovative solutions that enhance client services, while embracing modern technologies and agile methodologies to address complex business challenges effectively in a cloud-first environment. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Maintain and improve existing systems by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing necessary changes.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
• Ensure code quality through thorough testing and adherence to best practices.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
• Experience with both frontend and backend development technologies related to Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize system performance.
• Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and agile development methodologies.
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures within Laboratory Information and Execution Systems. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
