Full Stack Engineer

About Aero Labz Aero Labz is a fast-growing technology startup building AI-powered software, robotics, STEM education products, and modern digital solutions. We believe developers should spend less time writing repetitive code and more time building impactful products with the help of AI. We're looking for an AI-enabled Full Stack Engineer who enjoys shipping products quickly and using modern AI development tools as part of their daily workflow. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications and APIs.
• Build modern, responsive frontend interfaces and robust backend systems.
• Collaborate closely with the founding team to turn ideas into production-ready products.
• Integrate AI models, APIs, and automation into existing products.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Continuously improve product performance, reliability, and user experience. Requirements
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, Express.js, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Git and modern software development practices.
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of features. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience using AI-powered development tools such as Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, or similar.
• Experience building AI agents, workflows, or LLM-powered applications.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, Docker, CI/CD, or DevOps.

• Fixed monthly salary for the first

3 months (probation period) .

• After successful completion of probation, compensation will be revised based on performance, with additional
