Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset.

Good to have skills : React.js, GitLab CI/CD

This role requires actively engaging in the full development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across components. The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable and maintainable software solutions.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align development activities with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with React.js, GitLab CI/CD.
• Strong understanding of backend and frontend development principles.
• Experience with cloud-based architectures and deployment strategies.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration practices. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
