Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Full Stack Developer role based in Chakan. The Full Stack Developer will design, develop, and maintain web applications across both front-end and back-end layers, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing user interfaces, building and integrating APIs, working with databases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. The role also involves troubleshooting and optimizing existing systems, writing clean and maintainable code, participating in code reviews, and contributing to deployment and testing activities. The developer will work closely with consultants and product teams to support ERP, AI, and automation initiatives aligned with client needs.

Qualifications

• Strong front-end development skills, including experience with HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
• Proficiency in back-end web development and software development using modern frameworks and programming languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, or similar).
• Hands-on experience in full-stack development, integrating front-end and back-end components into cohesive, production-ready applications.
• Understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL), RESTful APIs, and application architecture best practices.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience with ERP or business applications, cloud platforms, or automation solutions is an advantage.
• Ability to analyze requirements, document technical solutions, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
