Full Stack Engineer

Job Description We are seeking a skilled

Full Stack Engineer | Mumbai having 3+ yrs with strong experience in designing and developing scalable enterprise applications.

We are a team of 550+ engineers, driving innovation across Product & Data Engineering, focusing on Agentic AI, RPA, Full Stack, and GenAI-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications. Build robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot. Develop responsive and high-performance frontend applications using React.js and Next.js. Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices. Integrate frontend applications with backend services. Deploy and manage applications on AWS or GCP. Optimize application performance, scalability, and security. Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other developers throughout the development lifecycle. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices. Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support.

Required Skills 3–5 years of experience in Full Stack Development. Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot. Hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js. Experience designing and developing Microservices. Knowledge of REST APIs and backend integration. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP. Familiarity with Git and modern CI/CD practices. Good understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
