Full Stack Engineer

Role Description This is a full-time Full Stack Engineer role based in Hyderabad in a hybrid work model, combining on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. The Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, test, and maintain web applications across the front-end and back-end, ensuring performance, reliability, and security. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing user interfaces, building and integrating APIs, working with databases, and writing clean, maintainable code. The role involves collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers to refine requirements, review code, and deliver features on schedule. The engineer will also help troubleshoot production issues, improve development workflows, and contribute to documentation and technical best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong front-end development skills, including experience with HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
• Proficiency in back-end web development and software development, working with server-side frameworks and databases.
• Hands-on experience in full-stack development, integrating front-end and back-end components into cohesive applications.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, version control (e.g., Git), testing practices, and deployment workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, communicate clearly, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with modern frameworks (such as React, Angular, Node.js, or similar) and cloud platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with security best practices, performance optimization, and scalable architecture is beneficial.
