Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to support our marketing technology stack, website, and digital campaign infrastructure. This role bridges marketing and technology — building landing pages, automations, integrations, and internal tools that drive marketing efficiency and speed-to-market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize the company website and campaign landing pages for performance and UX
• Build and integrate marketing automation workflows, CRM connectors, and lead capture forms
• Implement tracking, analytics, and tag management solutions (Google Tag Manager, GA4, pixel tracking)
• Develop internal marketing tools — reporting dashboards, lead routing scripts, data pipelines
• Collaborate with the UI/UX designer to implement high-fidelity designs with pixel precision
• Ensure website security, uptime, and performance (Core Web Vitals compliance)
• Support API integrations across the MarTech stack (HubSpot, CRM, email platforms, etc.)
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation

Requirements

• 7–10 years of full stack development experience
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript / TypeScript, React or Vue.js
• Strong back-end skills: Node.js, Python, or PHP; RESTful API development
• Experience with CMS platforms: WordPress (advanced), Webflow, or headless CMS
• Familiarity with marketing tools: Google Tag Manager, GA4, HubSpot, Zapier / Make
• Database experience: MySQL / PostgreSQL; basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
• Understanding of web performance optimization and Core Web Vitals
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git)

KPIs & Success Metrics

• Deliver assigned features, landing pages, and development tasks within committed sprint timelines.
• Maintain website uptime of 99.9% availability on a monthly basis.
• Ensure all key website pages maintain ‘Good’ Core Web Vitals scores through continuous optimization.
• Maintain production quality standards with less than 2 critical bugs per month.
• Achieve landing page load speeds below 2.5 seconds (Largest Contentful Paint – LCP) per deployment.
• Ensure 100% tracking accuracy with zero data loss across key marketing and conversion events.
• Maintain 100% code review compliance by ensuring all pull requests are reviewed prior to merge.
