Summary: As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the creation of innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. The work environment encourages a cloud-first approach and agile methodologies, fostering collaboration and adaptability to address complex business challenges effectively. The role demands a balance of creativity and technical expertise to deliver seamless and efficient software experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the integration of new technologies to improve system functionality and performance.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
• Strong knowledge of both frontend and backend development processes and frameworks.
• Experience with cloud-based architectures and deployment strategies.
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable software solutions.
• Familiarity with agile development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
• Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing complex software systems.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
• This position is based at our Kolkata office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
