As a Fullstack Engineer, you’d be contributing directly to the core engineering behind below features of “Pubscale” :

🔹 Immersive Ads Native, non-intrusive ad formats with features like smart caching, priority loading, and adaptive refresh deliver better UX and higher monetization without annoying popups

🔹 Offerwall A reward-based engagement layer that monetizes non-paying users through personalized, high-conversion tasks—driving eCPMs up to $1000 in Tier 1 geos and up to 3X more revenue in emerging markets

🔹 AdX & GROW Monetization via Google Ad Manager + premium demand partners and an AI-driven UA engine (GROW) with free credits and optimization support

🔹 PLUG Leverage lightweight, instant-play game integrations to enhance retention, optimize in-app engagement, and enable revenue growth.

🛠️ Responsibilities Frontend

• Build responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications.
• Develop reusable UI components and maintain design consistency across devices and screen sizes.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services and third-party platforms.
• Optimize applications for performance, SEO, security, and user experience.
• Implement analytics and user behavior tracking to drive product improvements.
• Manage frontend deployments and CI/CD workflows.
• Write clean, maintainable, testable, and well-documented code.

Backend

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable APIs and backend services.
• Ensure system security, reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Implement testing strategies to ensure application reliability.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
• Proactively identify system bottlenecks, resolve critical incidents, and manage technical debt.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decision-making.

Engineering & Collaboration

• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and QA teams.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as

Cursor, Claude Code, Antigravity , and similar platforms.

• Contribute to production reliability, system performance, and engineering best practices.

🎯 Requirements Frontend

• Strong experience with

React.js and

Next.js .

• Proficiency in

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and Tailwind CSS .

• Experience with modern frontend tooling such as

Vite and

TanStack .

• Experience with state management solutions such as

Redux, Zustand, Context API , or similar.

• Experience integrating APIs and third-party services.
• Understanding of

SSR, SSG, PWA , and Next.js optimization techniques.

• Knowledge of frontend security best practices.
• Experience with analytics and observability tools such as

Google Analytics, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, Mixpanel, and Sentry .

Backend

• Strong experience with

Go (Golang) and REST API development.

• Experience with

PostgreSQL/MySQL and

Redis .

• Understanding of

Goroutines, Channels , and concurrent programming concepts.

• Hands-on experience with

Docker and

Kubernetes .

• Experience writing unit and integration tests.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of building secure, scalable, and reliable backend systems.

• Experience with

Kafka, NATS , or other message queues.

• Experience with

Prometheus and

Grafana .

• Experience with

Jenkins, ArgoCD , or similar CI/CD tools.

• Understanding of

GCP or other cloud platforms.

• Familiarity with

Go-Kit for microservices development.

• Experience with

MongoDB and

ClickHouse .

• In Frontend - Experience with

Android WebView bridges and hybrid mobile applications.

• Localization (i18n), multi-language support, regional settings, and currency handling.
