Full Stack Engineer

Company Description Triage Ops builds TRIAGE, an AI-powered operations layer that helps teams prioritize, route, and resolve high-volume workflows across tasks, calls, messages, and back-office queues. Instead of simply adding chatbots to fragmented workflows, TRIAGE brings structure by understanding incoming work, classifying urgency, assigning ownership, and recommending next actions. The platform integrates with tools such as spreadsheets, CRMs, messaging apps, and internal systems to reduce bottlenecks and ensure clear accountability. TRIAGE’s AI agents handle inbound and outbound calls, collect and confirm information, qualify leads, escalate urgent cases, and provide teams with structured next steps. Triage Ops focuses on operations-heavy businesses where speed, routing, follow-up, and accountability directly impact revenue and customer experience.

Role Description As a Full Stack Engineer at Triage Ops, you will design, build, and maintain end-to-end features for the TRIAGE platform, collaborating closely with product, operations, and AI teams. You will develop both front-end user interfaces and back-end services, integrate with third-party tools and APIs, and ensure that workflows are reliable, secure, and scalable. Daily work includes implementing new functionality, refactoring existing code, writing automated tests, and monitoring performance to improve system stability. You will contribute to architectural decisions, review code, and help shape technical best practices in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills in MERN stack, with experience delivering production-ready applications for atleast 1+ years.
• Candidates should possess solid Back-End Web Development skills, including building APIs, integrating data sources, and working with server-side frameworks.
• Candidates should possess Front-End Development skills, including modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive, accessible interfaces.
• Candidates should possess experience with cloud-based infrastructure, databases, and CI/CD workflows to support scalable and resilient systems.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar) and familiarity with RESTful or GraphQL APIs is beneficial.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment, communicate clearly with cross-functional partners, and take ownership of technical outcomes.
• Prior experience in operations-focused, SaaS, or AI-enabled products is beneficial; a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
