Full Stack Engineer

About Position: We are seeking a skilled and innovative Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications across both frontend and backend layers. You will collaborate closely with architects, designers, product teams, and fellow developers to build high-quality, secure, and performant solutions that deliver exceptional user experiences.

• Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do:
• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using Java, React.js, and MongoDB.
• Build scalable backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices using Java-based frameworks.
• Develop responsive, interactive, and user-friendly frontend applications using React.js.
• Design and implement efficient database solutions, data models, and queries in MongoDB.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, business analysts, and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and high-quality code following industry best practices.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and third-party services.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architecture decisions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Contribute to CI/CD processes and application deployment activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Work within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver features and enhancements on schedule.
• Required Skills Proficiency in Java (8, 17, 21)
• The candidate must have a strong understanding of Reactjs, MongoDB
• They should be able to write reusable and efficient Java and React code.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 6-8 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong proficiency in Java 8, Java 17, and Java 21, with solid knowledge of OOP principles, collections, multithreading, streams, and modern Java features.
• Extensive experience in developing enterprise applications using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Microservices Architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB, including schema design, indexing, aggregation pipelines, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Expertise in React.js, including Hooks, Context API, state management, component-based architecture, and frontend performance optimization.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive web development practices.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services.
• Understanding of software design patterns, secure coding practices, and application security principles.
• Experience with Git, source control management, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern deployment methodologies is an added advantage.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills across frontend and backend applications.
• Experience working in Agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to deliver high-quality software solutions while maintaining scalability, performance, and maintainability.
