Summary: As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive features that span from the user interface to the backend systems. This role requires actively contributing to the creation of innovative solutions that enhance client services. The workday includes collaborating with various teams to integrate new technologies and approaches, focusing on delivering efficient and scalable software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of complex software components to meet project requirements.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development, ASP.NET MVC.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with ASP.NET MVC.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience in developing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies in a cloud-first environment.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
