as built AI-powered platforms from scra tch, understands how to design scalable systems, and can take ownership across the full development lifecycle from product architecture to deployment. You will work on building modern AI applications, scalable backend services, user-friendly frontends, and cloud-native infrastructure. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced product environment and have hands-on experience wi

th LLM integrations, AI workflows, APIs, databases, and production deployme nts.

Key Responsibilities Full Stack Develo pment

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications usi

ng the MERN s tack.

• Build responsive and scalable frontend interfaces

using React.js / Nex t.js.

• Develop secure, high-performance backend services

using Node.js, Express.js, and Mon goDB.

• Create reusable components, APIs, and backend modules to support rapid product development.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance across frontend and backend sys

tems. AI Platform Develo pment

• Build and

scale AI-powered platforms/products from scr atch.

• Int

egrate LLMs, AI APIs, vector databases, embeddings, RAG pipelines, and prompt wo rkflows into production applications.

• Work on AI use cases such as chatbots, document intelligence, workflow automation, knowledge assistants, recommendation engines, or custom AI copilots.
• Develop backend workflows for AI orchestration, model inference, prompt execution, response handling, and usage monitoring.
• Optimise AI application performance, latency, reliability, and cost effici

ency. Backend & API Engine ering

• Architect RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs for web and AI products.
• Build robust authentication, authorisation, logging, queue-based processing, and microservice-ready backend systems.
• Work with structured and unstructured data pipelines for AI and application features.
• Integrate third-party APIs, SaaS platforms, payment systems, and AI services as required.
• Implement scalable database design, caching strategies, and data storage best pra

ctices. Cloud & D evOps

• Deploy, manage, and optimise applications on cloud platforms s

uch as AWS, GCP, o r Azure.

• Set up and ma

intain CI/CD pi pelines, staging/production environments, and release workflows.

• Wor

k with Docker, containerised services, cloud storage, serverless functions, monitoring tools, and scalable hosting envir onments.

• Design cloud infrastructure for reliability, performance, security, and scale.
• Monitor production systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uptime of AI and application se

rvices. Architecture & Owne rship

• Translate product requirements into technical architecture and execution plans.
• Take ownership of the product lifecycle from concept, development, testing, deployment, and post-release support.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, AI engineers, and leadership teams to build scalable solutions.
• Participate in technical decision-making, code reviews, sprint planning, and system improvement discussions.
• Mentor junior developers where required and contribute to engineering best pra

ctices. Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in full stack development.
• Strong experi

ence with ME

RN stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, N ode.js.

• Proven experience

building AI-based products/platforms fr om scratch.

• Hands-on experience in

tegrating OpenAI / Anthropic / Gemini / Hugging Face APIs or similar AI services.

• Good underst

anding of LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, RAG workflows, and AI application ar chitecture.

• Strong kno

wledge of JavaScript / TypeScript.

• Experi

ence with REST APIs, backend architecture, authentication systems, and scalable datab ase design.

• Strong cloud deployment experi

ence with AWS / G CP / Azure.

• Experi

ence with Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and environment management.

• Familia

rity with Redis, queues, background jobs, logging, and monito ring tools.

• Ability to work independe

ntly in a remote product e nvironment with strong ownership and communicatio

n s kills.
