Full Stack Engineer

Marketnode is Asia-Pacific’s trusted blockchain-powered financial market infrastructure (FMI), backed by HSBC, SGX Group, and Temasek. We are building the future of financial markets using programmable assets and blockchain technologies — enabling traditional financial instruments to be originated, traded, and managed more efficiently. Our current focus includes funds, credit, and structured products, with plans to expand as market demands evolve.

Role Overview We are looking for a

Full Stack Engineer to drive end-to-end development across our platform and data services. You will play a key role in building scalable systems, improving developer experience, and contributing to high-quality product delivery in a fast-growing fintech environment.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement backend features on our orchestration platform in Java
• Build and maintain frontend applications using React and TypeScript
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate feature delivery and test coverage, while maintaining and guiding project-level AI coding standards
• Continuously improve developer experience and codebase efficiency
• Uphold a strong testing and documentation culture
• Provide L3 support for production systems, ensuring timely investigation and resolution of issues

2+ Years Experience with Core Technology Stack

• Java
• Spring Framework
• React
• TypeScript
• Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure)
• RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL)

Nice to Have Experience in regulated finance, fintech, or blockchain Knowledge of data security, segregation, and compliance practices Experience with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, observability tooling (e.g. Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus)
