This role requires actively contributing to the creation of innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the integration of new technologies to improve system performance and scalability.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, AWS Architecture.
• Strong experience in developing scalable web applications using Java frameworks and front-end technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud computing principles and hands-on experience with cloud service deployment.
• Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Familiarity with database management systems and data modeling techniques.
• Experience working within agile development environments and utilizing version control systems. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
