You collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and approaches, maintaining a cloud-first and agile development environment. This role requires balancing creativity with technical precision to enhance client services and drive continuous improvement throughout the software lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with team members to review and improve code quality and system design.
• Assist in mentoring junior team members to support their professional growth.
• Continuously explore and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance project outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with backend development using Java and related frameworks.
• Familiarity with database design and management, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
• Ability to work within agile development methodologies and tools. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
