Minimum 3 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education The candidate should have minimum 4 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development with .Net core, C# and Angular . As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands ensuring that development practices meet high standards of quality, scalability, and performance, all while aligning with the broader business goals. Collaboration and leadership are central, as the role involves coordinating efforts across multiple teams to achieve seamless integration and successful project outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
• Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance technical capabilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment between technical and business stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and project delivery. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: The candidate should have minimum 4 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
• Must to have - .Net core, C# and Angular hands on exp min 4 years
• Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns.
• Experience with front-end and back-end development frameworks within the .Net ecosystem.
• Ability to implement scalable and high-performance software solutions.
• Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
• Competence in troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing effective resolutions. Additional Information:
