About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Engineer with a front-end leaning, specialized in AI and agentic system development, to lead the overhaul and scaling of our human-blended AI coaching platform. This pivotal role involves architecting and implementing sophisticated systems that integrate AI workflows, personalized coaching frameworks, and seamless human-AI handoffs. As a key member of our engineering team, you will work closely with the VP of Engineering and other stakeholders to shape the technical direction of our platform. Your expertise will help us build a robust, scalable, and user-centric platform that delivers exceptional coaching experiences across web and mobile interfaces. The ideal candidate will possess a high degree of autonomy, a quick-iteration mindset, and a passion for innovative AI applications, contributing directly to the growth and evolution of our product ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior-level experience with React, TypeScript, and front-end optimization techniques.
• Proven track record of building and deploying server-side APIs using Node.js, with expertise in session management and user routing.
• Hands-on experience designing and integrating AI agents, including LLMs, prompt orchestration, and structured workflows.
• Strong Python development skills, particularly with Google Cloud infrastructure and AI SDKs.
• Experience with Expo or React Native for mobile application development and deployment.
• Demonstrated ability to create reusable, scalable, and maintainable component patterns across diverse application stacks.
• Comfort working in fast-paced environments with high agency, iterating quickly even with imperfect code.
• Exceptional communication skills and a proactive approach to project management and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of front-end architecture, ensuring a polished and intuitive user experience with attention to UI/UX details.
• Rebuild and scale backend APIs, session management systems, and user routing layers to support platform growth.
• Design and develop AI and agentic components, orchestrating complex prompt flows and structured coaching frameworks that personalize user interactions.
• Integrate proprietary intellectual property, company data, and personality assessments to deliver tailored coaching advice and insights.
• Build and maintain a seamless human-blended AI handoff system, enabling real-time transitions to human coaches when necessary.
• Support enterprise features such as mid-conversation human support requests and video call scheduling functionalities.
• Develop cross-platform mobile elements and administrative interfaces to ensure consistency and usability across devices.
• Rapidly iterate on product features, balancing speed with robust design principles and scalable architecture.
• Define and promote reusable component patterns and best practices across the entire application stack.
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy, driving the engineering roadmap and communicating effectively with stakeholders to align technical and business goals.
