Full-Stack Engineer

NeuroDrift, a US-based AI voice and enterprise software company, is hiring a hardcore, hands-on full-stack engineer to lead development on a major project. This is a build role, not a maintenance role. You'll own significant scope from day one and you're expected to be productive in week one, not month three.

What you'll do

• Lead development on a large, high-stakes project end to end
• Build frontend in React + TypeScript and backend in Python
• Design and work with PostgreSQL schemas and queries
• Work with real-time data — live transcripts, call status, streaming dashboards
• Own infrastructure and deployment for what you ship
• Take part in client meetings — present your ideas and justify your technical decisions

What we need (2.5+ years experience)

• Strong full stack: React, TypeScript, JavaScript on the frontend; Python on the backend
• Very hands-on — you write production code daily and ship fast
• Comfortable with PostgreSQL — schema design, optimization, real queries
• Solid infrastructure knowledge on AWS — you can deploy, debug, and operate what you build
• Self-driven enough to be productive from week one without hand-holding

Preferred

• Real-time / streaming UI experience
• Voice or conversational AI exposure
• Data-viz or dashboard-heavy products

• You'll be equipped with Claude Code from day one. We're an AI-native team and expect you to use AI tooling to ship faster, not work around it

The setup

• Fully remote
• High-intensity role: 50–60 hours/week — startup pace, not a 9-to-5
• Working hours primarily IST, with availability for client meetings in US time zones
• Immediate joiners only — non-negotiable
• This role is for you if you're a builder who takes ownership instead of waiting for tickets, and you'd rather ship and iterate than polish a spec forever. If you need heavy structure and direction, this isn't the one.
