Full Stack Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React.
• Lead end-to-end application architecture, solution design, and technical decision-making.
• Develop and implement RESTful APIs and distributed microservices-based systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, product owners, QA, DevOps, and engineering teams.
• Drive best practices in coding standards, architecture governance, security, and performance optimization.
• Participate in system design discussions, technical reviews, and solution estimations.
• Mentor and guide development teams while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide effective technical solutions.
• Ensure application scalability, reliability, maintainability, and cloud readiness.

Mandatory Skills:

• 10+ years of overall software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in

Java and Spring Boot.

• Extensive experience in

Microservices architecture and REST API development.

• Strong front-end development experience using

React .

• Strong understanding of system design, application architecture, and design patterns.
• Experience in building scalable and enterprise-grade applications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client interaction skills.
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum development environments.
