About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Front-End Leaning) with robust AI and agentic building experience to lead the architectural overhaul of our human-blended AI coaching platform. This pivotal role involves spearheading the development of sophisticated workflows, integrating proprietary IP, and enhancing user experience across web and mobile platforms. You will work directly alongside the VP of Engineering within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, driving innovation and delivering scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a high degree of autonomy, a quick-iteration mindset, and a keen eye for UI/UX detail, combined with strong backend capabilities in Node.js and Python.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior-level experience with React, TypeScript, and front-end optimization techniques.
• Proven track record in building and deploying server APIs using Node.js, including session management and user routing.
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI agents, integrating large language models (LLMs), and orchestrating complex AI workflows.
• Strong Python development skills, with familiarity working within Google Cloud infrastructure and AI SDKs.
• Experience with Expo or React Native for developing cross-platform mobile applications.
• Expertise in creating reusable, scalable, and maintainable component patterns across full-stack applications.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing rapid iteration with robust architectural design.
• Exceptional communication skills and proactive attitude to independently drive projects forward.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front-end architecture and UI/UX design to ensure a polished, intuitive user experience across all platforms.
• Rebuild and scale backend APIs, session management, and user routing layers to support platform growth.
• Design and implement AI and agentic components, orchestrating complex prompt flows and structured coaching frameworks.
• Integrate proprietary intellectual property, company data, and personality assessments to deliver highly personalized coaching advice.
• Develop and maintain a seamless human-blended AI handoff system, enabling real-time transitions to human coaches when necessary.
• Support enterprise features, including mid-conversation human support requests and video call scheduling functionalities.
• Create and deploy cross-platform mobile features and administrative interfaces to enhance user engagement and operational efficiency.
• Iterate rapidly on product features, ensuring quick deployment without compromising on quality and robustness.
• Define and implement reusable component patterns and best practices across the entire application stack.
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy, acting as a core driver of the engineering roadmap and collaborating closely with leadership.
