Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help architect, develop, and scale business-critical applications. This role will work closely with the Technical Lead, contribute to technical decisions, mentor team members, and help establish engineering best practices across the organization. Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Flask and React. • Design and maintain REST APIs and backend services. • Architect and optimize relational database structures. • Participate in system design, infrastructure planning, and technical decision-making. • Review code and mentor developers. • Assist with AWS infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and production support. • Troubleshoot complex issues across backend, frontend, infrastructure, and cloud environments. • Contribute to long-term SaaS platform architecture. Required Skills • 4+ years of professional software development experience. • Strong Python and Flask experience. • Strong React and TypeScript/JavaScript experience. • Strong SQL and database design experience. • REST API design and implementation. • Docker and containerized application development. • Linux server administration fundamentals. • AWS experience (EC2, S3, IAM, CloudFront, Route53, CloudWatch). • CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows. • Git and collaborative development practices. • Production troubleshooting and debugging experience. Nice-to-Have • React Native / Expo exposure. • Redis and background workers. • WebSockets and real-time systems. • Multi-tenant SaaS architecture. • Performance optimization and scalability planning.
