Production traffic. What you'll be working on goes deeper than typical CRUD — real-time data, complex calculations, latency-sensitive UI, and a backend that has to be right the first time. THE ROLE Own features end-to-end — UI, API, data layer, deployment. You'll report directly to the founder. No layers, no managers, no sprint theatre. Ship to production weekly. YOU SHOULD HAVE — 4-6 years building production web applications — Strong React + Python + PostgreSQL — Real-time data, dashboards, or charting experience preferred (any domain — not just fintech) — You use AI coding tools daily (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) — You ship fast without breaking production COMPENSATION Competitive Salary Performance bonuses tied to product KPIs.
