Full-Stack Engineer Experience: 3+ Years

Type: Full-Time

Location: Mumbai (Hybrid) / Remote

Compensation: ₹8 LPA Negotiable

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance full-stack web applications.
• Own features end-to-end across frontend, backend, database, and deployment.
• Collaborate directly with founders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Build reusable and maintainable components using clean architecture and engineering best practices.
• Write modular, well-tested, and well-documented code.
• Design APIs and data models that scale with growing product requirements.
• Measure, monitor, and optimize application performance and reliability.
• Identify bottlenecks and proactively suggest better technical solutions.
• Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
• Help establish engineering standards and best practices as the team scales.

Qualifications Must Have

• 3+ years of experience building and shipping production software.
• Strong understanding of frontend and backend development fundamentals.
• Experience building scalable APIs and database-driven applications.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of features from idea to deployment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Startup mindset with a bias for action and continuous learning.
• Comfortable working with changing priorities and customer feedback.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Tech Stack Technologies Frontend Next.js, React, TypeScript Backend Rust (Axum + SeaORM), Python (FastAPI) Database PostgreSQL Cache Redis Cloud AWS Infrastructure Docker, CI/CD Tools GitHub, Postman, Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot Experience with similar technologies is welcome.

Bonus Points

• Experience with healthcare, SaaS, or B2B products.
• Experience with Rust or strongly typed languages.
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with AWS services.
• Experience working in startups or small teams.
• Open-source contributions or personal projects.
