Full Stack Engineer

FullStack Developer About the Role We are looking for a talented and driven Fullstack Developer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across the entire technology stack — from intuitive front-end interfaces to robust back-end APIs and infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality software that delights our users. Key Responsibilities Frontend Development • Build responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces using React.js and TypeScript. • Translate Figma/XD designs into pixel-perfect UI components. • Implement state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, or Context API). • Write comprehensive unit and integration tests using Jest and React Testing Library. • Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility. Backend Development • Design and develop RESTful APIs and GraphQL services using Node.js (Express / NestJS). • Architect and maintain relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis). • Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth 2.0, RBAC). • Integrate third-party APIs and payment gateways (Stripe, Razorpay, etc.). • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented backend code following SOLID principles. DevOps & Collaboration • Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). • Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes or ECS. • Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI). • Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and agile sprint ceremonies. • Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 3+ years of hands-on experience in fullstack web development. • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+) for both frontend and backend. • Solid experience with React.js (hooks, context, performance optimization). • Proven experience with Node.js and frameworks such as Express or NestJS. • Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases; ability to write complex queries. • Familiarity with Git version control, branching strategies, and code review workflows. • Understanding of web security best practices (OWASP Top 10, XSS, CSRF, SQL injection). • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
