Full Stack Engineer

About SafeOps SafeOps is an AI-powered security platform combining continuous testing, pentesting, and human expertise to help teams find and fix real vulnerabilities faster. The Role You’ll own end-to-end development of the SafeOps application — frontend (React + TypeScript) and backend (Python/Django). You’ll actively use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) to accelerate development while maintaining strong engineering judgment. What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain features across the SafeOps platform (frontend + backend)
• Use AI coding assistants effectively — prompt well, validate outputs, and fix gaps
• Debug issues, write tests, and ensure system stability
• Own modules end-to-end — from requirements to production
• Refactor and improve existing code and architecture
• Keep dependencies updated and builds stable
• Collaborate closely with the founding team
• Review code (including AI-generated PRs) and guide junior developers
• Break down ambiguous requirements into clear execution plans
• Proactively flag security, scalability, and UX risks
• Implement secure coding practices and help automate vulnerability remediation within the platform Must Have (as discussed)
• 3–5 years of full-stack development experience
• Strong skills in React and TypeScript
• Solid experience in Python (Django) and managing PostgreSQL databases
• Practical experience using AI coding tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot) as a core part of your workflow
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the full lifecycle of a feature Nice to Have
• Background in application security or pentesting
• Familiarity with AWS Cloud
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or Helm
• Experience with modern web architectures and scalable systems
